As a Global Business Developer, you'll drive the worldwide commercial growth and strategic development of your product portfolio. Market Analysis and Product Strategy:
Shape the development strategy for the product line by proposing new product features and development needs.
Develop and present business cases to support investment in product development.
Enabling Commercial Success:
Create impactful marketing materials, such as datasheets and sales presentations.
Train the organization on product applications, market insights, and key technologies.
Educational Background : Degree in electrical, electrotechnical, power electronics, or marine engineering. Alternatively, a business degree with practical engineering expertise gained in an industrial or engineering company working with advanced electrotechnical or electromechanical products.
At least 7 years in an electrotechnical or electromechanical product-focused company, preferably in the maritime or offshore industries.
3-5 years in roles such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, application engineering, or technical sales support, with proven skills in market research, customer engagement, and developing product marketing materials.
Skills : Outstanding communication abilities (clear, concise, and impactful), fluency in English, and a results-driven, proactive mindset.
Travel: 30%-50%, predominantly across Europe
