BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE ESTERO – Randstad Talent Selection Randstad Talent Selection, specialist in recruitment for a leading agency in the design and production of fashion accessories, is looking for a Back Office Commercial Import professional.
Contract: maternity replacement with subsequent possibility of direct permanent employment. Indicative RAL: 30,000 €.
Industry CCNL: tessile abbigliamento. Benefits: electronic ticket restaurant 5.29 € per day.
Office location: Grumello del Monte (BG). Working hours: tempo pieno, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30, with one day of weekly remote work.
Responsibilities Manage and enter foreign customer orders (mainly French and English speaking) using the AS400 system.
Monitor order progress and coordinate with logistics for shipments.
Interact daily with customers via email and phone to provide assistance and information.
Support the sales team and line managers.
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role (back‑office commercial, international customer service).
Good command of English and French; knowledge of AS400 is an advantage.
Proficiency with management software.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving attitude.
Strong team spirit and ability to manage priorities.
