Your roleWe are looking for an E-commerce Analyst Intern who will gain experience in the management and procedures of a global-scale website.
Supporting the e-commerce coordinator, the intern will primarily oversee the daily execution of all business activities, run sales analysis to identify opportunities, and support the growth of the website.
Main responsibilities- Supports the analysis of business/website KPIs, periodic price analysis, benchmarking and forecasting
- Supports the Coordinator on the recurrent reporting process to the top management
- Leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/opportunities
- Supports the management and control of the website pages, assuring a perfect “quality check” of the website and of the user experience
- Partners with Analytics, Site Merchandising, Operations, UX, CRO, and Program Manager to support the strategic planning, testing, and execution of initiatives
- Oversees tasks and projects implementation, takes part in testing sessions
Main requirements- Strong numerical competence and analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under deadlines
- Working with data from multiple sources
- Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and willingness to learn BI tools is a plus
- Experience with Power BI desirable but not essential
- Passion for E-Commerce and the digital world
- Digital marketing basic knowledge
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Good exposure to AI tools and technologies is a plus
