He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.He/she will report to the Restaurant Manager.Main duties & responsibilitiesAnticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience according to our service standardsCooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff developmentDevelop special events about wine Inventory and requisitions: assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries.Avoid any waste and capable to control beverage marginsCooperate with the bar manager to establish the wine selectionCompliance with health and safety regulationsFully responsible for Banqueting wine orders and consumptionRequirementsWorking experience of minimum 3 years within the same role in Luxury Hotel's IndustryExperience in Fine Dining Restaurant required (Michelin is a plus)Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferredSom
