We have 6 offices around the globe including Hong Kong and Dubai, with further expansion in the future. /p pWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our busy and growing International Private Client Team. /p pIf you have a collaborative and adaptable work ethic, a drive for success and are looking for your next opportunity then we would like to hear from you. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs our Business Development Manager in Italy, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence by building trusted relationships with property professionals, legal and financial intermediaries, and international clients relocating to or investing in Italy. /p pWorking closely with our Senior Business Development Manager and global team, you’ll focus on acquiring new clients, educating partners, and delivering exceptional value through our tailored currency solutions. /p pWe’ll provide full support, training, and tools, while giving you the autonomy to manage your territory and build a network of high-quality referral partners, including real estate agents, lawyers, wealth managers, and relocation specialists via telephone, teams and face to face visits. /p h3Duties/Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and grow partnerships with real estate agents, tax and legal professionals, mortgage brokers, and relocation providers across Italy. /li liDrive new business through strategic networking, local events, and warm referral channels. /li liGuide clients through registration, currency planning, and their international transfers with clarity and personal care. /li liMonitor currency markets and assist clients in timing their transfers effectively, including the option to lock in favourable exchange rates. /li liCollaborate seamlessly with our UK Dealing Desk and wider European teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service. /li liNurture long-term relationships with both partners and clients to support ongoing business and repeat transfers. /li liRepresent GC Partners at relevant property, finance, and relocation events, promoting our services and strengthening our local presence. /li /ul h3Qualification Experience /h3 ul liFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus). /li liBased in Italy, with a strong local network or willingness to build one. /li liExperience in business development, ideally in financial services, real estate, or relocation. /li liStrong communicator with natural relationship-building skills. /li liProactive, self-motivated, and confident working remotely. /li liA genuine interest in people, service excellence, and market insight. /li liExperience working with expats or international clients is a plus. /li /ul h3Equal opportunities /h3 pGC Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
