PpWe are currently seeking an bEMEA Technical Product Specialist /b to join our dynamic team in bPiove di Sacco (PD), Italy /b. /p h3What kind of work will you be doing? /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end direct-to-chip Secondary Fluid Network solution, ensuring technical consistency across cooling technologies, heat rejection, controls, software, and integration points. /li liSupervise customized solutions from design to operation across different departments and act as technical solution authority from a solution offering perspective, validating feasibility, performance assumptions, and system-level trade-offs. /li liDrive engineering-level reviews of concepts, architectures, and configurations in collaboration with RD and Application Engineering. /li liDefine and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications for Secondary Fluid Network. /li liContribute to supply chain enablement and roadmap technical alignment across BUs. /li liBring working knowledge of HVAC piping size and control strategies to shape SLO to meet customer needs. /li liNavigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions when needed. /li liPrepare single-line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals. /li liDeliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning sessions. /li liDrive and support NPDI proposals based on market demand, technology readiness, and system constraints. /li liProve experience working with complex thermal or HVAC systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree in engineering preferred. /li li4+ years of technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing, or directly related experience. /li liStrong business acumen. /li liAbility to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives. /li liTechnical expertise to translate customer needs into solutions. /li liDemonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, and project management. /li liExcellent communication skills – written and verbal. /li liHigh focus on customer needs. /li liPipework engineering design experience. /li liAbility to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities. /li liAbility to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive. /li liAttitude to act as a leader in the role and with curiosity in new market trends and technologies. /li liFluent English written and verbal required. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Revit, AutoCAD, and other business applications. /li liTravel: Moderate (20%). /li /ul pVertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
