The postholder will lead and execute company strategy and the commercial agenda across sales, service, and customer experience – translating bold growth ambitions into actionable plans and sustained performance. Success will be defined by commercial stretch, speed of execution, and the ability to turn potential into profitable reality. /ppThe salary range for this position is € 84,000 - € 150,000 EUR. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Genus considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. /ppWe would also consider employees working in other countries where Genus does business in mainland Europe.
