The Guest Relations Agent serves as the primary ambassador of the Aman spirit. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey—from pre-arrival to departure—is seamless, personalized, and memorable. We are looking for a storyteller and a host who can anticipate wishes and build genuine connections.
Key Responsibilities
* The Art of Welcome: Orchestrate seamless check-ins and check-outs, welcoming guests not merely as customers, but as personal guests of the house.
* Experience Curator: Act as a proactive host/hostess, curating the stay in details.
* Anticipatory Service: Intuitively understand guest preferences to anticipate needs before they are spoken, creating \"surprise and delight\" moments.
* Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Spa teams to ensure every request is executed flawlessly and discreetly.
* Guest Advocacy: Handle feedback or complex requests with grace, emotional intelligence, and immediate problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end boutique property.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
* Personality: High emotional intelligence, immaculate grooming, genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
