You will manage regional agreements, forecast rigorously, and uphold governance standards while expanding market penetration. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for KA clients and advance the company’s fitness and wellbeing mission. * Achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Key Accounts within the region
* Plan and control Key Account activities to align with company goals
* Directly manage and develop partnerships with Key Accounts
* Prepare, implement, and control regional agreements ensuring mutual benefit
* Maximize opportunities across the Technogym Wellness System (TWS) and drive growth
* Oversee handover of accounts to ensure seamless transitions and client satisfaction
* Maintain and update the group account forecast for accurate planning
* Ensure adherence to Technogym culture, policies, and Corporate Governance standards
Responsabilità
* 5-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development with a proven track record
* Experience in achieving xjrgpwk sales targets and managing regional markets
* Ability to prepare, implement, and control strategic plans for Key Accounts
* Strong skills in managing partnerships and regional agreements
* Experience in forecasting and strategic planning for accounts
* Knowledge of corporate governance standards and practices
* Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English; additional languages a plus
