Responsibilities:
1. Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
2. Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
3. Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and accounts receivable collections on time
5. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
6. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
7. Support marketing activities and communication to improve the brand image
8. Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
9. Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback on front-line information
10. Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market
3. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
4. Experience working for multinational companies, with a global mindset
5. Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in previous roles
6. PV technical background is a plus
7. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suite
9. A fast learner with street-smart qualities
Other Requirements:
1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language
2. Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
