PpDo you thrive in the orthopedic clinical environment, bring commercial experience, and want to make a meaningful impact with a progressive medical device manufacturer? /p pApplied Medical Europe is seeking a driven and committed Business Developer – Orthopedics to support the expansion of our orthopedic portfolio across Northern Italy, collaborating with a newly established international team and working closely with our European Headquarters in the Netherlands. /p pThis field‑based position involves frequent travel across Northern Italy, spending significant time in operating theatres and visiting orthopedic centres that specialise in shoulder and hip procedures. Success requires integrity, confidence in peer‑level clinical discussions, and strong organisational skills. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild, maintain and strengthen relationships with key orthopedic stakeholders and decision makers, including leaders, hospital administrators, associations and tender boards /li liDemonstrate the use of our orthopedic products to surgeons, nurses and clinical staff, providing onsite and post‑implementation support /li liConduct regular sales forecasting, territory analysis and develop a strategic sales plan /li liCollaborate closely with international teams in our European HQ and sales colleagues /li liDevelop deep expertise in orthopedic procedures and product applications; support and implement educational events and activities /li liStay current with clinical data and communicate relevant insights to healthcare professionals /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liCommercial experience, ideally within the medical device industry /li liPrevious exposure to the operating theatre environment /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian and proficiency in English /li liLocated in a well‑connected area, ideally in Lombardia, Piemonte or the northern part of Emilia Romagna; able and willing to travel frequently (2‑3 days per week in each target area) /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with cross‑functional teams /li liA proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial approach /li liHigher education (university level) and experience in Orthopedics are strong advantages /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liExtensive onboarding at our state‑of‑the‑art facilities in our European HQ, and further opportunities for personal development and continuous learning (training topics include human anatomy, our products, the clinical landscape and sales techniques) /li liRemunerative package including base salary, commissions and pension scheme /li liCompany car /li liInternational working environment /li liCulture of openness fueled by mutual respect /li /ul h3Good to know /h3 ul liThis is the official English version of a job also posted in Italian (Commerciale Ortopedia - Nord Italia) /li liWe plan to start having the first conversations with selected candidates in March /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pApplied Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing diversity.
