The destination offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with skiing, hiking, and climbing, as well as a retreat for those seeking tranquility. Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Concept Development: Work closely with the GM and corporate F&B team to shape the dining vision, menus, and guest journey for all outlets prior to the opening of Cloud 7 Hotel Colere.
* Identify and secure partnerships with local and regional suppliers, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
* Hire and onboard the full F&B team, embedding KH’s culture and standards through tailored training programs.
* Implement systems and processes including POS systems, inventory controls, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks ahead of launch.
* Support in setting initial budgets, menu pricing, and operational forecasts aligned with the hotel’s financial targets.
* Coordinate soft openings, test services, and refine the guest experience based on trial feedback.
* Manage daily F&B operations of 3 outlets of Cloud 7 Hotel Colere, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Kerten Hospitality standards.
* Manage a food & beverage destination catering to both hotel guests and daily ski visitors.
* Develop exceptional menus, source quality products and implement continuous improvements.
* CONNECTION Lead and support the F&B team, providing coaching and clear task allocation. Build strong relationships with guests by addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain productive partnerships with suppliers and vendors.
* INNOVATION Identify opportunities for improvement in F&B operations, implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency. Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative concepts, seasonal promotions, and creative dining experiences.
* CURATION Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, promoting the Cloud 7 Hotels brand as a valued member. Collaborate with marketing and PR to plan event and campaigns, community activations, and launch events.
* LEADING THE WAY Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, setting the benchmark for best practices. Monitor performance targets and KPIs, driving operational and financial success.
* EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Previous managerial experience in Food & Beverage operations, experience in a ski resort in Europe is highly desirable. Fluent in English and Italian. Pre-Opening Experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office Suite. Strategic, results-driven leader with a strong eye for detail and operational efficiency.
