Ph3GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER US BRANDS /h3 h3MISSION /h3 pThe Group Product Manager US Brands is responsible for developing and implementing the operational marketing strategy for two strategic prestige brands within Shiseido Italy: bNARS /b and bDrunk Elephant /b.br/The role reports directly to the Brand Manager NARS Drunk Elephant. /p pThis position oversees go‑to‑market excellence, 360° launches, AP management, forecast and POSM planning, business performance analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. The GPM will play a key role in supporting brand growth, ensuring best‑in‑class execution and full alignment with international guidelines, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, project management and practical execution. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul li bBrand Strategy Product Operational Management: /b ul liDevelop and communicate a clear local brand and product strategy in alignment with the annual marketing plan and global/EMEA guidelines. /li liConduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities for both brands. /li liSupport and monitor the AP mix, prepare inputs for budget reviews, and propose optimization actions to support business objectives. /li liEnsure consistency of assortment, pricing, and brand positioning within the local market. /li /ul /li li b360° Go-to-Market Launch Excellence /b ul liCollaborate with and coordinate all Marketing functions (including Trade, Media PR, Digital, Merchandising and Education), Sales and Supply to implement product launch and consolidation /li liEnsure cohesive and efficient execution across channels, developing and implementing all necessary actions to meet business targets, while aligning with retailer strategies. /li liProvide structured pre- and post-launch analysis based on KPIs, qualitative feedback, and retailer‑specific performance. /li liGuarantee full compliance with international brand guidelines and local commercial needs. /li /ul /li li bForecast POSM Management /b ul liOversee forecasting for launches, animations and core business, in collaboration with commercial team, ensuring accuracy and cross‑functional alignment. /li liManage POSM planning, forecasting and allocation, ensuring correct volumes, deadlines, and budget adherence. /li liMonitor tester and promo stock levels, minimizing risks of obsolescence and excess. /li liCollaborate with Supply Chain to optimize availability and limit stock‑outs or overstock situations. /li /ul /li li bPerformance Analysis: /b ul liMonitor and analyze sell‑in, sell‑out, market share, stock levels, distribution KPIs and competitive trends. /li liIdentify performance drivers, risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions to maximize growth and profitability. /li liPrepare performance presentations for sales force meetings, budget reviews, business updates reports, and meetings with international teams. /li liManage operational inputs for budget files, AP tracking, forecasts, PL‑related documents, and all required reporting. /li /ul /li li bStakeholder Management Cross-Functional Collaboration: /b ul liAct as point of contact for NARS Drunk Elephant EMEA marketing teams. /li liLiaise with stakeholders to ensure timely alignment, feedback consolidation, and follow‑up on key operational topics. /li liOrganize marketing presentations and prepare materials, launch decks and documents for sales force meetings /li liCollaborate closely with Sales teams to build retailer marketing plans, cluster strategies, and local activations. /li /ul /li /ul h3SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field. /li liProven experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or Marketing, preferably within Beauty, Luxury, or FMCG. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data (sell‑in, sell‑out, ROI). /li liAdvanced Excel proficiency and strong PowerPoint skills. /li liAdvanced English (mandatory for EMEA/Global interactions). /li liStrategic thinking and planning; strong project and time management skills. /li liAutonomy, precision, entrepreneurial attitude, and collaborative working style. /li liDigital and social media awareness; understanding of omnichannel business drivers. /li liCreativity, passion for beauty, ability to think outside the box. /li /ul pAlignment with the group’s «Trust8» working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
