Responsibilities include achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers, promoting products and services to existing clients, and developing market opportunities through up- and cross-selling. Collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams, including European stakeholders, is essential to ensure high customer satisfaction. /ppbPrincipal Responsibilities: /b /pulliAcquire, develop, and manage existing and new prospects. /liliIdentify market potential and qualify accounts, prioritizing based on change, potential, and segmentation within a strategic sales plan. /liliBuild and maintain strong networks with clients and stakeholders. /liliSchedule appointments with clients and prospects to initiate sales processes. /liliIdentify customer needs and recommend WSS Expansion products and solutions accordingly. /liliPrepare and follow up on quotations and tenders. /liliServe as the local contact for commercial issues during project implementation. /liliAlign product offerings with customer needs, delivering compelling value propositions that differentiate us from competitors, and apply suitable sales approaches per account and context. /liliManage customer funnel strategies for direct and indirect channels, including service partners and distributors. /liliGather market intelligence on competitors' products and customer feedback to inform strategy. /liliMeet or exceed sales targets through personal and regional objectives. /liliMaintain accurate records in the CRM system, including opportunities, contracts, correspondence, and customer relations. /liliCollaborate with third-party contractors when necessary to explore mutually beneficial solutions, fostering trust. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role with comparable products or within the technical sector; experience in the industrial sector is a plus. /liliAffinity with technical products, especially in wastewater or clean water treatment, is advantageous. /liliFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written. /li /ulpbOther Skills: /b /pulliCross-boundary collaboration /liliAccountability /liliCommercial mindset /liliInterpersonal skills /liliCustomer responsiveness /liliMarket knowledge /li /ulpuContract: /u Permanent, full-time /ppbLocation: Italy /b /ppJoin Xylem to be part of innovative water solutions impacting utilities, industries, residential, and commercial sectors.
