What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management SaaS platform for web publishers, created in 2018.

We currently serve over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

As an innovator in Ad Management, Pubstack empowers publishers with a data-driven approach to building, maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring high-performing ad stacks.

Pubstack offers the only Ad Management platform that supports publishers’ monetization teams, enabling them to build efficient ad setups faster, boost revenue, and make data-driven decisions.

We work with top online media companies such as Le Monde, DPG Media, United Internet Media, Vinted, and Webedia to maintain high inventory quality, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional content.

The Opportunity :

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting directly to the Country Manager and dotted-line to the Head of TAM.

You will handle onboarding new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales engagements to demonstrate Pubstack’s platform value.

Your role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers and ensuring their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.

Location: Italy (Italian speaker only)

What will you do?

* Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks with clients.
* Collaborate with your Country Manager to ensure long-term client health through excellent support.
* Assist in pre-sales processes by demonstrating platform value to prospects.
* Troubleshoot performance issues, client-side setups, or Google Ad Manager configurations, escalating to the Tech team when necessary.
* Provide platform training and onboarding for customers and prospects.
* Share Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.
* Manage diverse and complex topics across multiple client engagements.
* Offer industry-based guidance to optimize ad stacks and increase revenue.
* Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed.
* Stay informed on industry trends by participating in webinars and events.

Who are we looking for?

* 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar position within ad tech.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering value to clients.
* Comfortable acting as a strategic partner influencing technical and business decisions.
* Team player eager to contribute in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
