The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' proven sales experience in the metalworking or similar industrial chemicals sector. A background in lubricants, coolants, or related fields is preferred. An engineering degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or relevant fields is highly valued. Fluency in Italian and English is required. The role is field-based in North & West Italy, requiring excellent communication, trust-building skills, and safety consciousness.
