Responsibilities and DutiesSales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring performance against targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiativesClient Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and servicesAct as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutionsMarket Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risksAnalyze market data to develop and refine sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the oil and gas sectorNegotiation and Contract Management: Assist in negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with organizational goalsLearn about contract management processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risksTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, particularly with the technical and operations teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities QualificationsBachelor’s degree in technical, business, or a related fieldExperience in technical or sales roles within the Oil and Gas (Energy) industry for 5+ yearsIn-depth knowledge of oil and gas pipelines or inspection services, and market dynamicsAnalytical and pragmatic thinking skillsExcellent communication skills, and willing to develop negotiation and presentation capabilitiesAbility to travel as needed ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in the Oil and Gas industryRemote (home office) job, living in EuropeFluency in English.
