Job Description
Datalogic is seeking a Training Manager to join the Commercial Excellence Team. The person will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs at global level, consistent with company sales strategy by industry and product training programs for both internal staff and external customers and partners.
Role Mission
The role aims to enhance knowledge and skills across the organization and partner sales network through engaging in-person sessions and self-paced online modules. The company operates globally in high-tech sectors, developing advanced solutions for automatic identification, including barcode systems, machine vision, RFID, mobile computers, sensors, and AI-supported technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop training content focused on sales processes, products, applications, use cases, and technologies.
2. Deliver training sessions with internal and external trainers, in-person, remotely, and via e-learning platforms.
3. Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to collect information and updates.
4. Adapt training materials for diverse audiences, including technical staff, sales teams, partners, and end users.
5. Manage e-learning platforms (LMS) and monitor the effectiveness of training programs
6. Design and implement a continuous learning path with certifications for sales teams.
7. Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
8. Design and implement a robust onboarding program for all sales role at global level
9. Guarantee consistency with Sales strategy and company culture and values.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering
• Languages: Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Experience: Proven experience in training, preferably within industrial or high-tech environments and related to sales and products; Familiar with global sales organization and processes; Previous experience in sales is a plus.
