We are looking for
a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent - German Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) that can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Your role in BizAway :
1. Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform and using our Provider
2. Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platform
3. Entering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the booking
4. Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in Platform
5. Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, ecc)
Your basic qualifications
6. At least 5+ years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
7. Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or previous experience in a local travel agency
8. Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken German (B2 and up)
9. Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)
10. High school diploma or equivalent required.
11. Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
