Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer support and solutions to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

* Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer issues.
* Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements
* Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Previous customer service or customer solutions experience is preferred.
