Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report on regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service improvements. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including Account Executives and BDRs. Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, with majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make accurate decisions quickly and implement effective solutions in complex and urgent situations. Some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and ability to promote team collaboration.
