Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new customers in Italy, collaborating closely with the company's management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Define sales strategies for the company's products.
* Gather information for sale contracts.
* Coordinate with the technical team to suggest suitable solutions.
* Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sale terms with management approval.
* Manage customer rates and records.
* Issue material samples and test requests.
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
* Manage customer risks and disruptions.
* Serve as an interface among customers, management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.
* Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities and customer status during meetings.

* Effective sales and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of company's technical capabilities and product advantages.
* Understanding of the plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with proven account management success.
* Analytical mindset adaptable to market changes.
* Strong decision-making skills to mitigate potential problems.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills across departments.
* Good time management and prioritization skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
