The GC and E Sales Agent will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Agent will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:br /br / * Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenuebr /br / * Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Teambr /br / * Manage an events schedule to maximise yieldbr /br / * Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approachbr /br / * Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needsbr /br / * Arrange and carry out Hotel show roundsbr /br / * Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned eventsbr /br / * Participate in hotel promotional activitiesbr /br / What are we looking for?br /br / A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Agent serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
