We want to support you to be courageous in your individuality and to know that whoever you are and whatever your circumstances, you can belong with us without having to conform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a long‐term brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth;Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships;Drive new product development: from ideation and concept testing to launch and post‐launch evaluation;Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions;Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in‐store experiences for On‐Trade and Off‐Trade;Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets;Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on‐brief, on‐time, on‐budget delivery;Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager: goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.QualificationsYou have a Master's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications.
