Job Overview: 
We are seeking a seasoned procurement leader to join our team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives for Europe & Asia Area. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of procurement plans. 
- Support commercial and contractual negotiation activities related to procurement. 
- Identify new vendors, implement qualifying processes, and define ongoing improvement plans. 
- Collaborate with Business Development & Tender department to collect data for bid initiatives and dimension procurement structure. 
Requirements: 
- Engineering degree. 
- 10-15 years of experience in similar role within multinational contexts. 
- Industrial-sector background. 
- Consolidated experience in budget planning and monitoring activities. 
- Fully proficient in technical and strategic negotiations. 
- Consolidated experience in supply-base selection, development and management activities. 
- Contractual expertise (especially in framework agreements). 
- Attested value and cost analysis skills, and market and benchmarking analysis. 
- Fluent English.
