Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics, Chromatography and Rapid Test in order to join the Sales & Marketing Team is looking for a:
PRODUCT SPECIALIST – HPLC / GC / LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry)
Responsibilities:
Installation and demonstration of Chromatography/LC-MS/MS products at client premises Laboratory activities (on-site and in-field) and data processing to support product applications in pre- and post-sales phases Market and competition analysis to evaluate new products Handling of hotline, customer service mailbox, and complaints according to internal procedures Customer management to ensure complete satisfaction through on-site pre- and post-sales technical support (including installations), troubleshooting, training, and remote follow-up Drafting and management of official communications to customers regarding the products Analysis of technical requirements in tenders, identification of products to be offered and related technical documentation, and, if necessary, drafting of customized marketing material Attendance at national and international congresses, scientific events, and participation in workshops
Requirements:
Scientific degree At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IVD sector Knowledge of
LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry), Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry, GC (Gas Chromatography), or HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) Excellent knowledge of English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results orientation, proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset, and teamwork skills Willingness to travel on business
