Job Overview We are looking for an Architect & Business Developer Intern to support our Business Development team and Top Management in creating high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic technical-commercial documents. Based in Rome, this role will assist the Business Development, Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Operations teams, helping to translate complex architectural and technical information into clear, well-structured, and value-driven proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Support Business Development team and Top Management in preparing pitches, presentations, and proposal documents for clients, tenders, and strategic partnerships Translate complex technical inputs into clear, structured, and value-driven content for bids and client communications Contribute to pitch narratives, project highlights, execution approaches, and preliminary construction strategies Support opportunity assessments, including scope definition, risks, strengths, benchmarks, and case studies Coordinate inputs, timelines, and standards across Business Development and technical teams Conduct market research and participate in relevant industry events Participation in events and conferences Communication with architectural firms
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Engineering Strong interest in business development and technical - commercial roles Good analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills Excellent command of English Motivated to work in a dynamic, international environment
