We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Sun Lenses Innovation Hub in Lauriano (TO)
As Lens Innovation Project Manager you will have the opportunity to ideate and follow scientific projects related to sun lenses business (Plano & RX) and experience what is like to drive innovation through new technologies scouting and implementation.
In this role, you will conduct feasibility study and go through the design concept proof to reach final qualification in accordance with vision performance LAB of Sun Lenses. Timeline of the project should be designed in order to match the strategical plan of lens launch policy.
Following the phase & gate approach, your target will be to frame the innovation project to ensure the smooth hand over to the industrialization team.
The role requires perseverance, resilience, autonomy in work and the ability to mentor junior profiles.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Feasibility accomplishment (tech specs, timing, cost) for the assigned projects
- Proof of concept accomplishment (tech specs, timing, cost) for the assigned projects
- Ideate new concept and technical solutions

- You have built an experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
- You have deep technical knowledge in one or more of this field: Material, Chemicals, Coating, Process, Molding.
- You have a good scientific background, able to investigate and deeply study specific topics or issues
- You have experience in managing: project planning, trial scheduling, problem solving, supplier cooperating
- Your strenghts are: perseverance, resilience, autonomy in work and the ability to mentor junior profiles
- You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to all levels of the organization
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- You are available to move abroad if there's the chance!
