* The Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing function and reports hierarchically to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer_
* Develop and execute global marketing strategies and plans to drive new business growth at the local market level.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand company and product positioning, identify target audiences, and establish specific marketing objectives across various product segments, geographies, and channels.
* Support the annual and long-term enterprise marketing planning processes.
* Lead the development and execution of local marketing programs and campaigns in alignment with global marketing guidelines to enhance the Biesse Brand Experience at the market level.
* Manage marketing dashboards and communicate with key stakeholders to analyze and improve marketing performance (using CRM and other Biesse systems), identifying corrective actions.
