For an internationally operating company specialising in electroplating solutions, we are currently looking for an Technical Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in Northern Italy, with a primary focus on Lombardy and Piedmont .The company is a recognised technology leader in corrosion protection, wear protection, and decorative surface treatments, serving customers worldwide through a strong technical and innovation-driven approach.The Role The selected professional will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in the assigned territory, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner.Key Responsibilities: Managing and growing existing customer accountsDeveloping new business opportunities within the electroplating sectorProviding technical and commercial support on products and applicationsActing as a link between customers in Italy and the company's headquarters in GermanyKey requirements: Solid knowledge of electroplating technologies, combining technical understanding with a commercial mindset4/7 year of experience in sales or account management within the electroplating or surface treatment industryA proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented approachStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryProficient English skills, required for interaction with the international headquarters
