PpIngreSearch is proud to be partnered with a fiercely independent, global company that designs sustainable, performance-enhancing ingredients for Beauty customers with a focus on green chemistry. They balance nature with creativity and science to deliver impactful products for major brands worldwide and need someone who can open doors by connecting with formulation technical contacts within key customers. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liTake over commercial responsibility for the Italian market and cultivate business plans and sales strategy to open doors and win new business /li liBusiness development through proactive customer visits, attendance of trade shows and in-person meetings to build relationships and promote product launches /li liEffective communication with RD/Technical contacts to discuss product performance and functionality /li liIdentify market white-space and new potential clients through market research /li liPrepare account plans, sample requests and maintain regular follow up to ensure a healthy pipeline /li liDirect feedback to HQ including trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes and forecasting /li /ul pQualifications: /p ul liMust have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, account management or business development in the B2B chemicals/ingredients sector /li liGood knowledge of the Personal Care and Cosmetics market in Italy, ideally with contacts to call upon /li liTechnical background is preferred, with a Degree in Chemistry /li liExcellent verbal communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills /li /ul pPlease submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
