Restaurant Management Opportunities
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operational, organizational, and strategic management of our luxury hospitality venue's entire food & beverage offering.
About the Role
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or Maître in luxury venues, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
* They will be responsible for defining and ensuring excellent service standards, collaborating with the chef to define culinary offerings, and curating every detail of the guest experience to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and coordinate activities of gourmet restaurant, bistro (breakfast, lunch, bar), and external events.
2. Define and ensure excellent service standards in line with luxury positioning of the venue.
3. Collaborate with chef to define culinary offerings.
4. Curate every detail of guest experience to ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house team (maître, waitstaff, bartenders, runners).
6. Monitor costs, margins, food & beverage cost, and contribute to budget planning.
7. Manage reservations and flow of internal and external guests.
8. Coordinate with other departments (reception, events, spa, marketing).
9. Contribute to promotion of restaurant and bistro (events, PR, social media).
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Maître in luxury venues, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
* Leadership, strategic vision, and strong commitment to service excellence.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English (a third language is a plus).
* Knowledge of food cost dynamics, inventory management, and F&B management software.
* Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Positive attitude, polished demeanor, and passion for hospitality.
