We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus on sales growth and business development. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international company entering a new phase of expansion in the Italian market. 
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across key business segments. 
- Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals. 
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
- Identify new business opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR) to ensure operational excellence. 
- Report directly to the regional leadership team. 
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Director in a B2B environment. 
- Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management. 
- Excellent understanding of the Italian market and customer dynamics. 
- Fluent in Italian and English. 
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. 
- Experience in managing P&L; and driving profitability.
