Eye On Model ranks among the most prominent event staffing agencies within the European Union.
Born in the early 2000s, Eye On Model has become a solid partner for thousands of companies, thanks to its strong experience in the events and fashion field. The agency selects and organizes staff for a diverse range of activities, including fashion shows, photo and video productions, trade exhibitions and fairs, marketing activities and promotions, congresses and conventions, as well as sports and automotive events. One of the aspects that surely makes our agency unique is the capacity to provide local staff for events or productions at any time and place, primarily in Europe but also globally. This worldwide reach enables our clients to minimize additional expenses related to travel and accommodation.
Furthermore, the agency boasts a dedicated department for photographic and video productions for social media content tailored primarily for events.
Responsibilities
* Job Description (Duties): We are seeking to develop a professional capable of navigating diverse responsibilities, from content creation, primarily textual to media management.
* CONTENT CREATION FOR YOUTUBE CHANNELS : During the pandemic, when global events were suspended, we launched a YouTube channel focused on Try On Hauls. The channel features a model trying on various items, mainly swimwear and lingerie, and provides detailed descriptions of their style and fit. The success of this channel has led to over 184,000 subscribers and 2 million views per month. Following this, we launched a second similar channel, which has already reached 80,000 subscribers with around 1 million views per month. The role involves producing an average of 8-10 texts per month and designing video cover images. Beyond text creation, the role includes planning the content of the videos, maintaining relationships with clothing suppliers, and seeking new collaborations.

* MOTIVATION : The primary attribute we seek is motivation and enthusiasm. We are not looking for interns to rotate but for someone to hire once they are fully trained.
* FASHION AND TRENDS : To handle fashion editorial content, one must be familiar with the technical terminologies of the field, have a broad knowledge of designers and brands, and be up-to-date with the latest trends.
* SOCIAL MEDIA KNOWLEDGE : Proficiency and familiarity with major social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are essential.
