General Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies, aiming to achieve specific sales targets supported by allocated resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops the commercial team.

Essential Functions of the job:

* Builds the brand and awareness for BeOne Medicines and its oncology products in Italy.
* Establishes relationships with key opinion leaders, study groups, and key accounts.
* Prepares the market for product approvals.
* Implements marketing strategies for new product launches.
* Builds and structures a competent sales team in Italy.
* Achieves regional sales goals and performance metrics.
* Plans and monitors budget for the region and clusters.
* Sets sales goals and performs market analysis.
* Identifies developmental needs of team members and provides training and coaching.
* Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals.
* Collaborates with other departments and leads the cross-functional field team.
* Keeps management informed of market changes and competitor activities.
* Supervises key account plans and collaborates with Market Access for account access.
* Works with Marketing to optimize field force effectiveness.
* Aligns strategies with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
* Participates in scientific meetings and workshops.
* Provides leadership to foster high performance, engagement, and a positive culture.
* Builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Centers patient care in business decisions.
* Ensures team compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Scientific education and experience in similar roles, life science degree preferred.
* Over 5 years of experience leading commercial teams, with experience in oncology.
* Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Specific knowledge of the oncology market, especially lung and gastric cancers preferred.
* Strong network with oncologists and opinion leaders.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in English, with good computer skills.
* Valid driver’s license.

Education Required: University degree in science or business, with at least 10 years of industry experience.

Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing the local/regional sales team, hiring, and development.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.

Other Qualifications: Fluency in verbal and written English.

Travel: Approximately 60% of the time.
