As a Product Manager at Quicke you will have the opportunity to drive the commercial success of our products throughout the entire life cycle - acting as product champion within the company together with our customers and other stakeholders. Your work will require teamwork and project management skills to bring R&D; and Sales & Marketing colleagues together to work with purpose and urgency. This includes initiating new concepts, defining product requirements that drive development projects, launching new products, defining, and executing the product strategy, driving revenue via the sales team and obsoleting products from the market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop deep expertise in the market landscape, competitive environment, and customer needs to guide strategic direction and product positioning that supports strong, sustainable growth.
Initiate new concepts, define product requirements that drive development projects, launch new products, define and execute product strategy, drive revenue via the sales team, and obsolete products from the market.
Create and execute product launch plans in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams.
Define product positioning, value propositions, and value‑based sales arguments together with Sales & Marketing to strengthen market impact.
Track the performance of newly launched products and evaluate the effectiveness of recent initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Contribute actively to new product development and related strategic projects.
Represent market needs and collaborate closely with the sales organization and customers to enhance product offerings, drive follow‑up activities, and improve sales and profitability.
Support sales‑related strategic tasks such as campaign development and customer recommendations.
Ensure strong cross‑functional coordination between OEM customers, R&D;, purchasing, production sites, and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years of experience in product management.
Prior experience and solid understanding of the agriculture and farming industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, product lifecycle management, product positioning, and financial analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to tailor materials to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
