**Your role**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Follow-up on logistics requests and issues as well as new initiatives, with related business partners
- Monitor and maintain the Logistics Service Levels on target for the related business channels
- Filling in and maintenance of the tables related to the logistics settings (warehouse + transportation), aligned to the business requirements
- Maintain a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholders
**Main requirements**:
- Educational Background in Economics/ Foreign languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software packages, particularly with Excel
- High quality written and verbal communication skill
- Languages: Italian and English mand
