Your role

As a member of our logistics customer service team, the selected candidate will be responsible for second level customer service activities. This position requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The main focus of the role is to support the EMEA subsidiaries, where the local customer service teams are, by providing assistance with accurate and timely information regarding shipment status and any other logistics-related queries, analyzing data and being a support and an interface between the logistics departments and the business.



Main responsibilities:

• Follow-up on logistics requests and issues as well as new initiatives, with related business partners
• Monitor and maintain the Logistics Service Levels on target for the related business channels
• Filling in and maintenance of the tables related to the logistics settings (warehouse + transportation), aligned to the business requirements
• Maintain a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholders



Main requirements:

• Educational Background in Economics/ Foreign languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software packages, particularly with Excel
• High quality written and verbal communication skill
• Languages: Italian and English mandatory, French, nice to have
