Position :
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee all growth marketing initiatives for Musixmatch Pro. Your responsibility will be to drive growth strategies by enhancing the customer journey and improving key business metrics. Your focus will be on attracting new users, retaining existing ones, and increasing customer lifetime value.
You will develop and manage marketing programs aimed at user acquisition, activation, retention, feature adoption, upselling, and expanding marketing channels to foster growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with engineers, developers, analysts, product managers, and designers, you will optimize the customer funnel, identify opportunities for growth, and formulate effective marketing strategies.
What you will do :
* Create and manage marketing programs focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention (e.g., campaigns, referral programs, content marketing).
* Set and ensure achievement of KPIs related to growth metrics such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue.
* Track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
* Identify new ways to improve product profitability and outreach channels.
* Apply behavioral psychology techniques to enhance conversion rates and sales.
* Monitor and analyze the impact of optimization efforts.
* Work with leadership to implement growth plans efficiently.
Requirements :
* Passion for digital products, quality, and customer service.
* Proven experience in Marketing, Data, or Product Management, working with growth, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
* Strong analytical skills, preferably with a STEM degree or similar background.
* Experience in analyzing and optimizing marketing and growth initiatives quantitatively.
* Expertise in testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, incrementality, usability) and data visualization techniques.
* A proactive, collaborative individual who thrives independently.
