You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements, managing portfolio hedging and proposing solutions that meet their objectives. /ppbYou will have to do the following tasks : /b /pliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers for electricity and gas supply; /liliUnderstand the customer’s business goals, challenges, and opportunities; /liliDevelop business with new accounts; /liliNegotiate contracts and agreements with customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services; /liliBe always available during market hours to hedge to support clients in hedging activity; /liliParticipate actively in structuring and building new products and services; /liliMonitor customer satisfaction and loyalty and resolve any issues or complaints; /liliStay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs; /liliIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customers; /liliProvide feedback and insights internally to improve our offerings and competitive edge; /liliParticipate to the team’s spirit and be ready to back-up the teammates. /lipbWhat will you do? /b /ppWe are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our sales team and manage the relationship with our strategic customers (B2B) in the electricity and gas sector.
