Technical Sales Specialist
Description:
This role requires staying current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including both product and service-related support.
Apart from maintaining knowledge on products, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor applications and regulations for these markets.
We are searching for a highly motivated individual who is capable of managing multiple projects, communicating effectively, and building relationships with customers across different facets of their organization.
The right candidate will provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs will also be a crucial aspect of this job.
Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel may be required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is necessary for success in this role.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing OR R&D department.
* Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
* Knowledge and understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills (English and one of the European languages).
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
