Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service contracts.
2. Territory includes: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
3. Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and revenue.
4. Work directly with the service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive incremental business.
5. Leverage practical process improvement (PPI) to streamline processes.
6. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
7. Manage, develop, mentor, control, and empower the sales force to develop their skills and meet monthly sales targets.
8. Assess staff performance and provide mentorship and guidance for maximum efficiency.
9. Ensure smooth information flow within support groups to facilitate operations.
10. Develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition in the defined geography and accounts.
11. Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts.
12. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
13. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, and/or Spanish is a bonus.
* Deep understanding of people management and sales strategies.
* Analytical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
* 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams.
* 5 years of sales experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and customer engagement abilities. A passion for teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative environment.
