Marketing Intern – Tom Ford & Balmain Paris
Tom Ford and Balmain Paris, leading brands in the luxury fragrance sector, are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance-driven decision making.
This opportunity provides a comprehensive 360° view of marketing, with a particular focus on leveraging data to guide strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support Product Marketing in the implementation and optimization of launches, with a strong focus on forecasting, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and KPI tracking;
Analyze product and launches performance, preparing regular reports and presentations to support data-driven decision making;
Monitor competitors and identify market trends through the collection and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data;
Contribute to pricing analysis and margin evaluation;
Support the operational execution of campaigns (POP materials, sampling, agent presentations), integrating analytical insights into execution;
Collaborate with Trade Marketing to assess in-store performance and optimize Visual Merchandising and digital channels (tracking online KPIs, content verification, performance analysis);
Direct management and relationship with Fashion Boutiques
Requirements
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus;
High level of accuracy, organization, and structured problem-solving approach;
Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
Fluency in English;
Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
