JANUS et Cie®, THE DESIGN-FOCUSED LEADER IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND WE ARE SEEKING A RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST for our beautiful showroom in Milan, Italy. The ideal candidate will have luxury furniture experience, business development and networking skills.
DUTIES
* Developing and delivering presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector
* Selling within the Residential market sector
* Generating solutions and quotes for clients
* Creating and closing sales
* Prospecting new accounts
* Managing current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction
* Handling day-to-day customer care together with your back up team
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
* Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside vendors
* Previous outside sales experience with luxury products is a plus
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Italian and English language skills required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to assist the sales team as needed
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
