Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned top customers, driving growth, and ensuring the perfect execution of our commercial strategy.Strategy & PlanningDefine and implement the customer plan according to the commercial strategy.Prepare and discuss weekly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with business targets.Identify new business opportunities through ad hoc projects with the customer.Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions when necessary.Negotiation & ExecutionLead the negotiation of first and second-level contracts with assigned customers.Lead negotiations on promotions and assortments to maximize visibility and sales.Optimize trade spending with a Revenue Growth Management approach.What can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a leading FMCG company in a dynamic environment.
