Junior Project Manager

In this role you will :
* Manage various repair, maintenance, or refit requests, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
* Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from work in progress
* Organize, supervise, and manage the technicians' activities
* Ensure documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
* Handle quotation and invoicing for all the jobs performed and delivered
* Coordinate with the client team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including scheduling
* Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
* Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively
* Implement and monitor key project processes to make improvements and revisions
* Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners
* Review proposed variations and delays in the works

* Have project management experience - not compulsory
* Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or engineering (naval or mechanical), or are studying to achieve your degree
* Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
* Are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
* Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
* Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and openness
* Able to work and deliver projects within short timeframes
* Can manage multiple projects and contractors

They efficiently approach and resolve any problems and organize any jobs that arise on these yachts, guaranteeing high-quality, professional service.
