Posizione: We are searching for a motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our Group, who will be in charge of defining and implementing brand, product and commercial strategies aimed at achieving global brand development, sales and profitability objectives for the brand across Skis, Ski boots and accessories, by allocating and managing available resources in line with approved budgets. In particular, the activities will be: - Develop and implement the brand's strategic plan, in alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives. - Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify brand development and positioning opportunities. - Collaborate with the product team to ensure collections reflect brand identity and consumer needs - Coordinate marketing and communication activities at both local and international levels. - Manage the brand’s marketing budget, monitoring its effectiveness and return on investment - Oversee the production of communication materials, from creative concept to point-of-sale assets. - Monitor brand performance (awareness, reputation, sell-out, etc.) and prepare periodic reports to support strategic decisions. - Build and maintain external relationships with creative agencies, athletes and influencers. - Inspire and lead the teams in headquarter and countries. Requisiti: The ideal profile has the following characteristics: - Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields from a respected institution - At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles within the Alpine Sports industry. - Strong knowledge of brand positioning and strategic marketing dynamics. - Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail. - Excellent project management, leadership, and teamwork skills. - Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. - Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian, third language preferred.
