How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Analyze market trends and segment opportunities to guide business decisions. You research and identify new business opportunities that fit our company strategy.
2. Define yearly strategies in partnership with the regional sales organization.
3. Build cost calculations and prepare detailed offer documentation.
4. Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Participate in negotiations and help close contracts.
6. Maintain the CRM system and perform analytics to support sales activities.
What You Bring
7. 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, or you’re a recent graduate with relevant internship experience in industrial environments.
8. You bring an engineering background (a plus) and a strong passion for sales.
9. You work independently and thrive as a collaborative team player. You communicate clearly, stay motivated, and focus on customer needs.
10. You are fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
11. You are available to travel and meet customers or colleagues in different countries (about 10% of your time).
