As Principal Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact with creative ways to drive demand and growth for our product and solutions. You will shape our demand generation, lead generation, customer and partner acquisition strategies and build out a scalable, repeatable pipeline generating machine. You will own and drive growth marketing campaigns from strategy and planning to execution and scaling. As a member of our marketing team, reporting to the CMO, you will be empowered to shape and grow the function to engage with our target customers and partners—ultimately impacting adoption, pipeline, and revenue for Vendia. You will have access to a robust set of marketing automation tools and opportunities to influence their strategic use. Responsibilities Define persona-based targeting approaches and channel-specific content strategies. Launch and manage customer and partner acquisition campaigns. Leverage channels such as website, paid media, social platforms, and events to build awareness and generate MQLs. Manage engagement across social media platforms. Test and optimize campaign performance. Monitor revenue performance, identify improvement areas, and test recommendations. Manage marketing demand budget allocation and optimization across channels. Drive marketing-led growth OKRs with quantitative and qualitative analysis. You Are A strategic, results-driven B2B marketer with deep experience in growth marketing, including paid digital campaigns, multi-channel growth strategies, ABM, and working with agencies and partners. A self-starter and problem-solver eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at managing multiple projects and driving them to completion, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail. A team player and continuous learner capable of aligning cross-functional teams and nurturing relationships across departments. Data-driven and intuitive, able to analyze market trends and build hypotheses based on research and data to inform growth strategies. You Have Over 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, or strategy consulting. More than 8 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles. Experience in B2B SaaS and data technology marketing, working closely with sales teams. Experience managing budgets and prioritizing spend across demand activities. Expertise with marketing automation, ABM, and paid/social tools. A passion for innovative technology, empathy for users, and a global outlook is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Compensation is determined based on various factors and individual qualifications.
