Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise. You will be part of Nokia’s Fixed Network highly skilled and international business development and presales team. In the FN Europe RBC, the South Europe Cluster is covering Mediterranean countries and the GCBT Telefonica Europe. Your colleagues are business development, pre-sales and commercial managers and professionals focusing on driving and developing fixed access network solutions and are based all over Europe. What you will learn and contribute to The purpose of this role is to develop FN Business with our customers by engaging on Technical and Commercial domains, in order to create a compelling proposition based on the Fixed Networks (FN) Access products, services and solution portfolio. In this new role you will have the chance to: - Provide top knowledge and skills of the FN’s solutions from a technical and commercial angle. - Hold responsibility over a selected group of customers, within the South Europe perimeter, to engage on technical and commercial domain and create during this engagement a winning business proposition with FN’s solutions for the customers. This responsibility covers from the initial idea and contact, over synthesis and optimization of solution and business proposition, and over negotiation, to contract signature and handover to our delivery teams. - Understand the local market and competitive environment to be able to develop this “winning” business proposition. Therefore, excellent communication skills are required to engage with the customer, the local environment and FN’s product and business organizations. - The role is customer-facing to capture and understand the customer constraints and targets, next to promoting the technical and commercial part of the offer in bid defense and negotiation meetings. Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will: - Evaluate and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales team / Account Manager, and Business and Product Line, and Marketing teams - Support sales opportunities through broad technical and system level expertise, and internal and external business understanding - Develop a solution strategy satisfying customer’s needs and Nokia’s commercial goals for winning the deal - Identify short and longer-term solutions and create evolution plans to address customer needs. - Monitor, propose and provide guidance on Terms and Conditions (T&C) in line with the FN’s guidelines to improve commercial aspects of the proposals.
