Accountabilities
* Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch
* Integrate data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
* Track and visualize key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates, and campaign performance
* Evolve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and marketing channels launch
* Partner with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and visualization needs
* Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability
* Perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or related field
* Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
* Experience with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, or paid ad platforms
* Strong understanding of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rates
* Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
* Clear communicator capable of explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities
* Ability to work US hours
